Logo application can be Screen Print, Embroidery, Applique, Transfer or Vinyl Cut graphics . We hold a wide range of garments in our Leicester production facility where we have the capability to produce 300 embroidered garments at one time. Along with a 16 head screen print machine and inline dryer we can also produce thousands of printed garments a week. When it comes to colours transfers we have machine washable and permanent PANTONE® matched heat applied vinyl that is second to none. 

Embroidery details shown here for the BeeHive Public House in the Suffolks Cheltenham. Detailing on text can be tricky when it gets small so we advice having it 4mm high or more to avoid possible distortion. Polo shirts and fleeces are the worst garments for hiding small text. 

Cheltenham College had a range of garments made to order that are available on their website for sale. This shows the retails grade quality we can achieve. When the numbers give us the opportunity we switch from stock clothing to bespoke and can make the whole garment from scratch. 100+ is really all that is needed.

Screen printing shown here on a black T-Shirt. When garments are going to be used in special circumstances such as TV it is handy to know so we can adapt the printing to accommodate it. Here we used a double white so the cameras would not pick up the grey tinge you can sometimes get from printing onto black.
